Named as the third-fastest growing city and one of the top 100 best retirement towns, Tucson, Arizona offers a lot of home, sunshine and scenery for the money.

Levenson says, "The Tucson Association of Realtors, MLS, Inc. reports that May 2004"s total home sales volume increased 29.6 percent from last year. Home sales units increased by 14.7 percent from May, 2003. The median sale price increased 11 percent to $161,000. The average sale price increase was 14 percent to an outstanding $220,726!"
