Chicago Board Sponsors C-CREC Designation Course At NAR

The National Association of Real Estate Consultants (NAREC) founder, Julie Garton-Good, C- CREC, DREI has announced an "industry first" as the Chicago Board of Realtors committed to a training initiative for Real Estate Professionals to be held November 1 and 2 in Chicago, immediately preceding the NAR National Conference. The Chicago Board of Realtors is the first board in the country to initiate the C-CREC professional designation training program in conjunction with a NAR National Conference. According to Julie Garton-Good, founder of the association, "Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultants are the new breed of real estate professionals. The C-CREC designees and brokers are able to create additional profit centers in their professional practice while assisting consumers reach their real estate goals. "We"re honored that the Chicago Board of Realtors is leading the real estate industry as a change master in offering the cutting-edge consulting designation course to members and guests prior to the NAR National Conference." The Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC) designation is awarded to real estate professionals who exemplify excellence in real estate consulting, recipients must complete course work, meet experience requirements, and demonstrate their ability to successfully analyze and address the needs of consumers in a variety of real estate applications.
